Peregian Springs – Ensuite, Bathroom & Toilet Renovation

The Vision

A large but poorly planned ensuite felt cluttered and underutilised.

For this Peregian Springs project, we really wanted to change the way the space worked rather than just replacing the tiles. By reworking the entire layout, we were able to open up the room and make the whole ensuite feel much more functional and high-end.

The System — Custom (‘Your Lifestyle’) + Signature Feature

This was a total custom renovation where we focused on changing the structural layout and upgrading everything to high-end finishes.

The Design

Walls removed to open the ensuite and improve flow
Existing spa location converted into a large double shower
New freestanding bath positioned as a feature
Modern main bathroom reconfiguration for better family usability
Bulkheads removed to increase ceiling height
Custom door and window installed with matching privacy glass

The Finish — Style with Intent

Charcoal floor tiles with Carrara-look wall tiles
Black tapware and hardware for contrast
Blue handmade picket feature tile to introduce an “ocean feel”
Dark vanities with marble benchtops and integrated LED lighting
