Pelican Waters - Complete Bathroom, Toilet & Laundry Renovation

The Vision

For this project at Pelican Waters, the goal was to completely rework and renovate a cramped and closed-off layout into a space that felt open, functional, and visually connected throughout the home. By stripping the project back to the framing, we were able to redesign the bathroom, toilet, and laundry as one cohesive system.

The System: Premium Porcelain + Clean Contrast

A premium porcelain foundation elevated through texture, contrast, and refined detailing.

Off-white terrazzo porcelain used throughout the bathroom, toilet, and laundry
Terrazzo flooring continued vertically onto ledges for a seamless architectural finish
Crisp white wall tiles to create brightness and simplicity
Black fixtures and matching tile edge trims used to define the space

The Finish: Style with Intent

Off-white terrazzo became the signature feature across the project
Solid black butt-join vanity introduced warmth and contrast
Matte black tapware and matching tile angles sharpened the overall aesthetic
Clean lines and minimal detailing allowed the materials to stand out
